For over 27 years, Rebecca’s financial acumen and dedication to understanding her client’s needs contribute to her ability to help them live and work with intent and purpose.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University School of Business in 1992. For eight years, she was a Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche LLP and consulted on strategic financial planning and auditing of large public corporations. Rebecca also worked at a Fortune 500 company where she managed two divisions with over $400M in revenue.

In 2008, Rebecca realized her desire to focus her business background in a personalized direction to serve individuals, families and small to mid-size companies. This is what led to the founding of Type A Financial, a comprehensive financial services firm providing clients individualized guidance throughout every phase of their financial journey. Her specialties are portfolio management, retirement, college and estate planning. Rebecca also works with the Society of Financial Awareness, a non-profit speaker’s bureau that seeks to promote financial literacy in our community.

On the importance of a balanced life, Rebecca has been blessed with a wonderful husband of over 25 years and three amazing children. She believes their support makes her a better advisor. When she’s not advising clients, Rebecca spends her spare time volunteering in the local community and spending time at the beautiful Oregon Coast. She feels fortunate to have found a career that brings her fulfillment by allowing her to have a positive impact on people.
